They Took My Beloved is a short visual-novel horror experience that follows the protagonist in the wake of a terrible accident. Convinced of an impossible conspiracy, she throws herself into the midst of paranoia and the search for terrible truths that should remain buried far beneath the ground. The game strays from traditional text-focused visual novels by involving quick-time events, roaming sequences and a unique combat system.
